All Rural Development and Social Construction Society (ARUDECS) is a Society registered under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act vide Registration No. 123/99. The Society is governed by a seven-member Executive Committee drawn from experienced social workers with long years of experience in development work

Founded in 1989 by committed social workers, ARUDECS has been actively supporting rural and tribal communities with a strong focus on gender equality and social harmony. Since 2004, the organization has worked extensively with the Paliyan tribes of Southern Tamil Nadu.
